Seattle snow fort

There’s good news and bad news about building snow forts – snow-anything, really – in Seattle: the snow that falls is always wet packing snow, good for building, but it almost always melts the next day or so. So you have to take a Goldsworthy approach and get out there when the moment is right, sweat out your project, and accept it if nature decides to destroy it before anyone gets to see it. Or, you can grab the phone in your pocket and snap a few pictures to post on the internet. Like this:
